00:02:25.400 --> 00:02:28.390 and the Coastal Zone Management Act. 47 00:02:28.390 --> 00:02:32.950 And the fourth one is our National Marine Sanctuaries Act. 48 00:02:32.950 --> 00:02:35.150 So again, back in 1972, 49 00:02:35.150 --> 00:02:37.810 some of our strongest conservation language 50 00:02:37.810 --> 00:02:41.140 for ocean protection came to be. 51 00:02:41.140 --> 00:02:44.370 And
